The Abralow Memorial Multipurpose Society (AMMS) has adopted a resolution to start B.Ed Secondary College and this Institution has been styled as Kasturba Gandhi Institute of Higher Education (B.Ed) Kebali, Roing at Roing, Lower Dibang Valley District, Arunachal Pradesh from the session of 2012-2013 in order to prepare trained human resources at our own cost keeping in view the gloomy social-economic and educational scenario of our region.

The cause of action is synoptically described here under single college covering four districts namely Dibang Valley, Lohit, Anjaw and Lower Dibang Valley, District mostly populated by tribals. After graduation in Arts ,Science and Commerce the student community remain unemployed thus remaining economically backward even to earn their daily bread, the gravity of problem is further enhanced by the fact that approximate 75% of teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools are untrained thereby directly jeopardizing the quality of education under National Education Policy 1986. Further to fulfill the aspiration of the people keeping in mind the above facts this proposed institution avows to provide professional education to both pre-services and in-services teachers of the district and adjacent district also. The governing body of the society has sincerely followed the rules and obtained all formal documents as per NCTE prescribe norms.
